Novels purchased in digital and/or audio format are processed, fulfilled, and managed by BookFunnel. Once purchase is complete, any problems, questions or troubleshooting of a technical nature should be directed to BookFunnel’s customer service department.

Orders of print books purchased directly from the website are processed through a Print On Demand service. Standard production window for orders within the U.S. is 5 business days; including shipping time it typically takes a total of 6 - 12 business days from the time the order is placed until it arrives at the delivery address. Locations outside the U.S. may take longer.

Signed &/or dedicated editions of novels are distributed directly from in-house supplies and require 3-4 days for processing before shipment.
