Novels purchased in digital and/or audio format are processed, fulfilled, and managed by BookFunnel. Once purchase is complete, any problems, questions or troubleshooting of a technical nature should be directed to BookFunnel’s customer service department.

All orders are signed by the author and hand-packaged with care. Please allow 2 to 4 business days for your book to be signed, packed, and handed off to the United States Postal Service (USPS). During a new book launch or peak holiday seasons, processing may take up to 7 business days before shipment.

• Domestic Shipping Carrier: We ship all domestic book orders via USPS Media Mail.

• Estimated Delivery Times: Once USPS accepts the package, Media Mail generally takes 2 to 8 business days to arrive depending on your location.

• Tracking Your Order: As soon as your book is on its way, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email from Squarespace containing your USPS tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking status to update on the USPS network.

• International Shipping: At this time, we only ship to the United States , Canada and Australia. (I hope to expand to other international readers in the near future!)

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

• Damaged Books: If your book arrives damaged due to rough handling during transit, I want to make it right! Please contact me at contact@lisa-hare.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include a photo of the damaged book and the packaging so I can review it and ship out a replacement copy to you.

• Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If a package is returned due to an insufficient address, you will be responsible for the additional shipping fee to re-mail the book.

All sales of signed books are final.
